• New Devices: 12-month manufacturer warranty for hardware faults. Excludes accidental damage, misuse, or software issues.
• Refurbished Devices: 3-month store warranty for hardware defects.
• Repairs & Diagnostics: In-store mobile phone repairs, laptop diagnostics, and accessory replacements. Quotes provided upon inspection.

💨 Vape Products

• Vape Kits & Mods: 6-month warranty for manufacturer defects. Excludes wear, misuse, or liquid damage.
• Pods, Coils & Tanks: Consumables not covered under warranty unless dead on arrival (report within 7 days).
• E-liquids & Disposables: Non-returnable due to hygiene/safety unless faulty or incorrectly shipped.

🔌 Accessories

Chargers, cables, and plugs are covered by a 12-month warranty for electrical faults. Physical damage or misuse voids coverage.

• Tech Products: Unopened items returnable within 14 days with proof of purchase. Faulty items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
